The 3 Picks Challenge is organised by Record Picker, an app published by Yves Durand. It begins on 9 August 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 22 August 2026 at 23:59, Europe/Paris time. The promotion comprises 14 daily entry periods, each running from 00:00 to 23:59 Europe/Paris time.
Participation is free and open to people aged 18 or over in territories where Record Picker and the Record Picker Pro in-app purchase are available through the Apple App Store. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible. Participants need access to a compatible Apple device and an Instagram account. Void where prohibited by law.
During a daily entry period, use Record Picker with a collection containing at least five records; make three selections using Random Pick, Today’s Pick and Mood Pick; then share your favourite result in an Instagram Story or Reel, mention @recordpicker and include #RecordPickerChallenge.
Participants with a private account may instead send a screenshot of the result to @recordpicker by direct message during the relevant daily entry period. One valid entry per person per daily period is permitted. You may enter again on another day with a fresh result. Automated, duplicated, incomplete, late or unverifiable entries are invalid.
No purchase, App Store rating or App Store review is required. A rating or review does not increase the chance of winning.
There are 70 prizes in total. Each prize is one Apple Offer Code unlocking Record Picker Pro, which removes the 100-record limit through a one-time in-app purchase entitlement with no subscription.
Five prizes are allocated to each of the 14 daily entry periods. Each person may win no more than one prize during the entire promotion. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, not exchangeable and have no cash alternative. Codes remain subject to Apple’s redemption eligibility, territory, availability and expiration conditions communicated to each winner.
Five winners will be selected at random from the valid entries received during each daily entry period. A previous winner is excluded from subsequent selections. Selection takes place within 48 hours after the relevant daily period ends.
Winners will be contacted by direct message from @recordpicker and must reply within 72 hours. If a winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not reply in time or cannot redeem the prize under Apple’s conditions, the organiser may select a replacement from the same daily entry period.
Record Picker will never ask for a password, payment information or Apple Account credentials.
Instagram usernames, submitted content, messages and winner correspondence are processed solely to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, prevent duplicate prizes and meet legal obligations. They are not added to a marketing list without separate consent. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to support@recordpicker.app, subject to information that must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
Participants retain ownership of their content. Entry does not give the organiser permission to repost or otherwise reuse it outside administration of the promotion. Separate permission will be requested before any repost or promotional use.

By participating, entrants release Instagram, Meta and Apple from responsibility arising from administration of this promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Apple is not involved in selecting winners or administering the promotion.
The organiser may disqualify fraudulent or abusive entries and may suspend, amend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent fair administration. Any change will be announced through @recordpicker and will not unfairly reduce prizes already validly awarded.
