Email support@recordpicker.app and mention Physical Routine, the app version, iPhone model and iOS version. Describe the steps that lead to the issue. Hide health and personal information in screenshots. Technical support does not provide medical advice.
Questionnaire and equipment
Settings contains your questionnaire, three priorities, availability and equipment. The selected weight is per dumbbell and describes your equipment, not a mandatory load. Started sessions are preserved; future sessions may be recalculated.
Planning and guided sessions
Move or skip sessions in Planning. Later dates may adapt to preserve recovery. Guided rest periods can be extended. Stop if you experience pain or feel unwell, and seek professional assessment when needed.
Reminders
Enable them in Settings → Session reminders. After denying permission, use iOS Settings → Notifications → Physical Routine. Focus modes may delay delivery. Open the app regularly to refresh upcoming reminders.
Health and Apple Watch
Health access is optional and can be revoked. Keep the Watch paired and connected; if a remote confirmation fails, continue on iPhone. Check permissions on each device. A workout is exported to Health only with a confirmed duration.
Compatibility and availability
My Physical Routine is now available on the App Store. Build your routine at your own pace.
My data
In Settings → My data, control widget planning sharing or erase your local data. This does not delete workouts already saved in Health or older backups.
Price and launch offer
October 2026 launch offer: free download through October 31. From November 1, the scheduled price in France is €0.99 as a one-time purchase, with no advertising or subscription. Downloads obtained during the offer remain yours. The price shown on your country’s App Store applies.
What’s new · 1.0.4
Apple Watch workouts now sync after a long pause, even if the workout has remained open for several hours. Rests followed from the Watch are marked complete when they end, while keeping rests between sets separate from rests between exercises.
